Before You Call: What to Have Ready

The fastest parts calls are the ones where we don't have to guess. Have your machine's model number ready, and if you can find it, the serial number too. Kubota tractors and equipment carry a serial number plate or stamp, usually on the frame near the front, and that number tells us the exact configuration your machine left the factory with. Two tractors with the same model number can still use different parts depending on when they were built and what options they came with, so the serial number is what lets us match the part to your specific machine instead of just the model in general.

If you already know the part number, even better, but don't worry if you don't. A photo of the worn or broken part, taken with your phone, often tells our counter staff everything they need. Snap it from a couple angles, include any numbers or markings stamped on it, and text or bring it in. For anything hydraulic, a photo of the fitting or hose end along with a rough idea of the hose length saves a lot of back and forth.

One trip to the counter with the right information beats three trips with none. If you're not sure what you need, that's fine too, just bring what you've got and we'll work it out from there.

Genuine Kubota and Land Pride Parts, and Why It Matters

We stock genuine Kubota and Land Pride parts because your equipment was engineered to those tolerances, and that's what keeps it running the way it's supposed to. A filter, seal, or hydraulic component that's built to spec fits right the first time, seals correctly under pressure, and doesn't introduce a weak point somewhere else in the system down the road.

It also matters for warranty coverage. Using non-genuine parts on a machine still under warranty can create complications if something related fails later, and it's not worth the risk to save a few dollars on a part that isn't built to the same standard. Genuine parts are simply the parts your machine was designed around, so that's what we sell and what we install.

This isn't about upselling you. It's about a tractor, mower, or attachment that has real work to do, day after day, and needs parts that hold up to that.

When We Build the Part Ourselves

Most dealers order a hydraulic hose from a catalog and wait for it to ship. We build hydraulic hoses and fittings in-house, custom made to match your machine, your application, and your workload, not just a generic replacement pulled off a shelf.

That matters more than it sounds like. Hydraulic hoses have to handle high pressure, constant flexing as loaders and attachments cycle, and heat and vibration from the machine itself. Fittings have to seal correctly under all of that, and there are several common types, JIC, ORFS, NPT, BSPP and BSPT, and metric DIN among them, each with a different sealing surface. Get the wrong fitting style or a hose that's the wrong length or pressure rating, and you're looking at another leak down the road, not a fix.

Because we crimp hoses and fittings on site to your exact specs, a leaking hose often means a same-day repair instead of days spent waiting on a shipment. Bring in the old hose, or a photo of the fitting ends and a rough length, and we can usually build a matching replacement while you wait or the same day you drop it off.

Ordering, Pickup, and Getting Back to Work

Common parts, filters, belts, blades, and routine maintenance items, are usually in stock or a short order away. For special-order parts, or anything specific to a less common attachment or an older model, we'll check availability and give you a realistic idea of when it'll be in, since that depends on the part and where it's coming from.

You're welcome to pick up your order at the counter, and we'll call or text when it's in and ready. If getting to Minerva isn't convenient, we can ship parts to you as well, just ask when you place the order. Either way, the goal is the same: get you the right part with as little downtime as possible, whether that's a filter you need today or a special-order component for next week's job.
